KRS 292.500(3)

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 292.500(3) authorizes the commissioner to promulgate administrative regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of KRS Chapter 292. KRS 292.360 and 292.370 establish requirements for filing a registration statement. This administrative regulation establishes requirements for an amendment to a registration statement filed pursuant to KRS 292.360 or 292.370.

Section 1. An amendment to a registration statement filed pursuant to KRS 292.360 or 292.370 shall be marked in a manner to show each change from the last amendment filed.
