NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 523.100(4) requires the Department of Corrections to house qualifying Class D and Class C felons in county jails. This administrative regulation establishes the division responsible for the administration of the program.

Section 1. This program shall be administered by the Division of Local Facilities.
