CERTIFICATION STATEMENT:

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 146.610(2)(a) and (b) authorize the Office of Kentucky Nature Preserves to promulgate administrative regulations for the identification and designation of state threatened or endangered plant species. This administrative regulation establishes the lists of threatened or endangered plant species.

1. Section 1. Endangered Lists.
