CERTIFICATION STATEMENT:

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 247.236(5)(c) authorizes the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture to promulgate administrative regulations to designate other rides and attractions that do not require an operator. This administrative regulation establishes the list of rides or attractions not requiring an operator.

Section 1. The following amusement rides or attractions shall not require an operator:
1. (1) Playports; and
2. (2) Inflatables.
