KRS 216A.060(2)

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 216A.060(2) provides that members of the board shall receive per diem compensation to be established by administrative regulation, and that the compensation shall not exceed $120 per day. This administrative regulation establishes the per diem compensation to be received by board members.

1. Section 1. Each member of the board shall receive per diem compensation of $120 for attending each board meeting or otherwise discharging their official duties of the board.
