NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 320.230 allows the board members to receive per diem compensation to be determined by administrative regulation of the board not to exceed $125. This administrative regulation prescribes the board member's per diem compensation.

1. Section 1. A board member's per diem compensation shall be $100.
