CERTIFICATION STATEMENT:

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 335.060 provides that a board member shall receive per diem compensation, not to exceed $125, to be established by administrative regulation promulgated by the board. This administrative regulation establishes this per diem compensation.

1. Section 1. The per diem compensation for a board member shall be $100.
