KRS 327.045(4)
KRS 327.045(4) requires the board to promulgate an administrative regulation establishing the assessment fee to be collected by the board as part of the licensure and certification renewal application fee. This administrative regulation establishes the assessment fee.
Section 1.
Section 2. The assessment fee may be used for education, travel expenses and a per diem to committee members during the normal course of committee business as assigned by the program coordinator and the executive director.
