KRS 323.210

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 323.210(2) authorizes the board to promulgate administrative regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of KRS Chapter 323. This administrative regulation prohibits temporary licensure of nonresident licensed architects.

1. Section 1. Temporary Licensing: Temporary registration, licenses, or permits shall not be granted.
