The Kansas Statutes Annotated shall include:
- (a) All general laws and laws of a general nature which are in force and effect at the time of publication of the volume or volumes containing such laws;
- (b) the declaration of independence;
- (c) the constitution of the United States;
- (d) the organic act for the state of Kansas;
- (e) the constitution of the state of Kansas; and
- (f) act of congress admitting Kansas into the Union.
