For purposes of this act[*], "community mental health center" means a community mental health center organized pursuant to article 40 of chapter 19 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory of the provisions thereof or supplemental thereto or a mental health clinic organized pursuant to article 2 of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory of the provisions thereof or supplemental thereto.
