Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-5326
The board shall have jurisdiction of the proceedings to revoke or suspend the license of any psychologist licensed under this act. The petition for the revocation or suspension of a license may be filed: (a) By the attorney general in all cases; (b) by the county attorney of the county in which the licensed psychologist resides or has practiced; or (c) an attorney employed by the board. The petition shall be filed in the office of the secretary of the board.
