On July 1, 1984, the following state board and committees are hereby abolished:

1. (a) The day care advisory committee created by K.S.A. 39-1004;
2. (b) the rehabilitation and halfway house advisory committee created by K.S.A. 39-1203; and
3. (c) the natural and scientific areas advisory board created by K.S.A. 74-6605.
