Each applicant for a career technical workforce grant, in accordance with rules and regulations of the board of regents, shall:

1. (a) Complete and file an application for the award or renewal of a career technical workforce grant.
2. (b) Report promptly to the board of regents any information requested relating to the administration of this act.
