1. (a) The board shall charge and collect in advance fees for radiologic technologists as established by the board by rules and regulations, not to exceed:

   Application for radiologic technologist examination $200

   Application for license $80

   Temporary licensing fee $40

   License renewal $80

   Late license renewal $80

   License reinstatement fee $80

   Revoked license reinstatement fee $200

   Certified copy of license $40

   Verified copy $25

2. (b) If the examination is not administered by the board, the board may require that fees paid for any examination under the radiologic technologists practice act be paid directly to the examination service by the person taking the examination.
3. (c) This section shall take effect on and after July 1, 2005.
