Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-543 – Prohibition of restrictions on certain passenger vans; administration by director of early childhood on and after July 1, 2026

(a) The secretary of health and environment shall not impose restrictions on the use of 15-passenger vans purchased on or before July 1, 2025.
(b) On and after July 1, 2026, this section shall be administered by the director of early childhood.
(c) From July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, this section shall be a part of and supplemental to article 5 of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto.
