On or before the first day of the regular legislative session each year, the secretary shall submit to the members of the standing committee on energy and natural resources of the senate and to the members of the standing committee on environment of the house of representatives a report regarding:

1. (a) Receipts of the fund during the preceding calendar year and the sources of the receipts;
2. (b) disbursements from the fund during the preceding calendar year and the purposes of the disbursements;
3. (c) the extent of corrective action taken under this act during the preceding calendar year; and
4. (d) the prioritization of sites for expenditures from the fund.
