Any person violating any of the provisions of K.S.A. 55-106, 55-107 and 55-108 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, and shall be liable to the said person, company or corporation whose property was so changed, injured, altered or destroyed, in a civil action for the amount of damages sustained, together with all the costs in the case.
