1. (a) Each licensed pool shall be assessed annually as provided by K.S.A. 74-713, K.S.A. 44-566a, and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 44-588.
2. (b) Each licensed pool shall be subject to the provisions of article 24 of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
