Court-ordered child support obligation or family maintenance allowance not available income
Effective May 1, 1988L. 1988, ch. 143, § 6; May 1.
For division of income purposes, a court-ordered child support obligation or family maintenance allowance to a prior spouse or spouses shall not be considered available income.
