Kan. Stat. Ann. § 25-2104 – Definitions; question submitted election and county election officer

(a) "Question submitted election" means any election at which a special question is to be voted on by the electors of the state or a part of them.
(b) "County election officer" means the election commissioner in counties having an election commissioner, and the county clerk in counties which do not have an election commissioner.
