- (a) The expense of facilitating visitation, including the expense of transportation, shall be paid by the nonparent unless the court determines justice and equity require otherwise.
- (b) The nonparent shall pay for services ordered under K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 23-3314, and amendments thereto, unless the court determines that justice and equity require otherwise.
- (c) Costs and reasonable attorney fees shall be awarded to the parent or person acting as a parent unless the court determines that justice and equity require otherwise.
