- (a) The secretary of the governing body of the extension district shall: (1) Record the proceedings of all meetings of the governing body in books provided for that purpose within 20 days following the meeting; (2) prepare and submit to each meeting of the governing body a report on the work and activities of the extension district since the last meeting of the governing body; and (3) perform such other duties as are usually performed by secretaries and as may be prescribed by the governing body.
- (b) The records of the secretary shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
