Requirements for chemigation users

Effective Jul 1, 1985L. 1985, ch. 5, § 3; July 1.

Persons applying any chemical by the chemigation process in an irrigation system shall:

(a) Register with the secretary;
(b) use anti-pollution devices; and
(c) keep records and make reports as deemed appropriate by the secretary.
