Kan. Stat. Ann. § 19-2882

County park districts; definitions

Effective Jun 30, 1963L. 1963, ch. 193, § 1; June 30.

(a) The terms "board," "park board," or "governing board" means the county park district board herein provided for.
(b) The terms "district," "park district," and "county park district" shall mean the county park district established as hereinafter provided for.
