The bylaws shall provide that the board of directors at their annual meeting, which shall be held within thirty days after the annual meeting of members, shall elect a president, one or more vice-presidents, a secretary, and a treasurer, and such additional officers as the board of directors may from time to time determine, provided that any two offices may be held by the same person.
