- (a) All discovery matters, including disputes and requests for sanctions, shall be governed by the Kansas administrative procedure act and the Kansas code of civil procedure.
- (b) Discovery shall be completed expeditiously. The parties and counsel shall conduct orderly discovery and shall freely exchange discoverable information and documents.
- (c) The parties and counsel shall make all reasonable efforts to resolve discovery disputes before involving the court in these matters.
