Kan. Admin. Regs. § 94-4-1 – Court judge continued education.

(a) Each judge of the court shall complete the education and training courses required by K.S.A. 74-2433, and amendments thereto, within either of the following, whichever is shorter:
1. (1) 24 months immediately following the date of the judge's confirmation of appointment to the court; or
2. (2) the term to which the judge is appointed.
(b) The time period specified in paragraph (a)(1) may be extended by the executive director depending on the availability of the required courses and the workload of the court.
