- (a) One hundred scholars will be selected each year on the basis of greatest ability and aptitude as demonstrated on the differential aptitude test.
- (b) The executive director of the board will designate vocational education scholars on or before May 1 of each year.
- (c) Recipients of vocational education scholarships will be notified of their awards on or before July 1.
