The office of the adjutant general shall:
- (a) Assist in the publicizing of the ROTC tuition waiver program through channels of communication available to the adjutant general's office; and
- (b) notify the board of regents as to the failure of any eligible participant in the program to accept a commission and to serve four years in the Kansas national guard.
