The organization shall, in the agreement, provide the commission with a basic schedule of its tariff participation fees applicable to parties to the agreement. If expenses are divided among parties to the agreement, the organization shall provide a statement showing how the expenses are divided. The organization shall also provide the commission with any amendments to the basic charges.
