1. (a) All intrastate motor carriers and drivers of vehicles registered under certificates or permits shall, at all times, carry on every vehicle operated under the certificate or permit an authority card, issued by the commission, that specifies the operating authority granted by the commission under the certificate or permit.
2. (b) Copies of certificate or permits issued by the commission shall be carefully preserved by the holders.
