For secondary recovery projects, the base production and production decline calculations required under K.A.R. 82-3-901 shall be based on either of the following:

1. (a) Aggregate production of all producing wells within the boundaries of the secondary recovery project if unitized; or
2. (b) total production from the enhanced recovery project.
