Kan. Admin. Regs. § 82-1-212
Each matter coming before the commission and requiring a decision by the commission shall be known as a docket and shall receive a docket number and a descriptive title. The docket number and title shall be used on all papers filed in the docket, and shall appear in all correspondence relating to the docket.
