For purposes of determining substantial equivalency, the board hereby adopts by reference sections 5(c), 5(d), and 5(f) of the "uniform accountancy act fifth edition, July 2007. In section 5(c), all references to "the effective date of this act" shall be stricken and replaced with "January 1, 2007."
