Scheduled examinations, the grading of examinations, and the issuance of certificates may be postponed by the board for any of the following reasons:

1. (a) Breach of examination security;
2. (b) unauthorized acquisition or disclosure of the contents of an examination;
3. (c) suspected or actual negligence, errors, omissions, or irregularities in conducting examinations; or
4. (d) any other reasonable cause or unforeseen circumstance.
