1. (a) Beginning June 1, 1997, each dentist applying for licensure on or after the first day of January shall pay¹⁄_24th of the biennial renewal fee for each full month remaining in the renewal period, in addition to the application fee.
2. (b) Beginning June 1, 1997, each dental hygienist applying for licensure on or after the first day of January shall pay¹⁄_24th of the renewal fee for each full month remaining in the renewal period, in addition to the application fee.
