- (a) Each licensee who is on active military duty during a time of national emergency shall not be required to pay any license renewal fee due at that time.
- (b) The annual continuing education requirement shall be waived for any licensee who is either on active military duty during a time of national emergency or impaired, as defined by K.S.A. 47-846(c) and amendments thereto.
