1. (a) The filing fees for documents filed with the secretary of state pursuant to the uniform partnership act shall be as follows:

   Statement of partnership authority: $20.00 Statement of denial: $20.00 Statement of dissociation: $20.00 Statement of dissolution: $20.00 Statement of merger: $20.00 Statement of limited liability partnership qualification: $75.00 Statement of foreign limited liability partnership qualification: $75.00 Amendment to statement: $20.00 Cancellation of statement: $20.00 Any other statement for which a fee is not prescribed: $20.00 A certified copy: $15.00

2. (b) If a certified copy of a statement that is filed in another state is filed instead of an original statement, the filing fee charged shall be the fee prescribed for an original statement.
