For-profit corporation: $75.00 Not-for-profit corporation: $20.00 Foreign entity application: $100.00 Restated articles of incorporation: $20.00 Certificate or agreement of amendment, correction, dissolution, merger, restoration, revocation of dissolution, or withdrawal, or any other certificate or agreement: $20.00 Name reservation: $20.00 Certificate of good standing: $5.00 Any other certificate issued by the secretary of state: $20.00 Certified copy of corporate filing: $15.00 Corrected instrument: a fee equal to the amount of the
filing fee for the original instrument
