The following may be recognized and approved by the board: (a) Any school or college of pharmacy or department of a university accredited by the accreditation council for pharmacy education; and

1. (b) any other school or college of pharmacy or department of a university that, as determined by the board, has a standard of education not below that of the university of Kansas school of pharmacy.
