- (a) The working pressure on any existing installation may be decreased by the inspector if the boiler condition warrants it.
- (b) If the owner or user does not concur with the inspector's decision, the owner or user may appeal to the secretary who may request a joint inspection by the chief inspector and the deputy inspector or special inspector. Each inspector shall render a report to the secretary. The secretary shall render the final decision, based upon the data contained in the inspector's reports.
