30 C.F.R. 874.17, as in effect on July 1, 2012, is adopted by reference, except that the following terms shall be replaced with the terms specified:

1. (a) "Title V" and "Title V of SMCRA" shall be replaced by "K.S.A. 49-401 et seq."
2. (b) "Part 707 of this chapter" and "the part 707 exemption or counterpart State/Indian Tribe laws and regulations" shall be replaced by "K.A.R. 47-6-9."
3. (c) "30 CFR subchapter R" shall be replaced by "Article 12 of these regulations."
