No inmate shall run from or deliberately avoid any officer, supervisor, or employee if required, ordered, or requested to be present to talk with, be accounted for, be searched, or be questioned by the officer, supervisor, or employee. Violation of this regulation shall be a class I offense.

This amendment shall be effective on and after February 15, 2002.
