Kan. Admin. Regs. § 4-28-2 – Adoption by reference.

(a) The following federal regulations are hereby adopted by reference, except as otherwise indicated in this subsection:
1. (1) 9 C.F.R. Parts 317, excluding 9 C.F.R. 317.2(a), 319, 381, and 424, as revised on January 1, 2011;
2. (2) 21 C.F.R. Parts 100 through 186, excluding 21 C.F.R. 100.1 and 100.2, as revised on April 1, 2011;
3. (3) 21 C.F.R. 1030.10, as revised on April 1, 2011; and
4. (4) 40 C.F.R. Part 180, as revised on July 1, 2011.
(b) Copies of the adopted material shall be available from the division of food safety and lodging of the Kansas department of agriculture, Topeka, Kansas.
