Each licensee shall ensure that all of the following requirements are met: (a) All sewage shall be disposed of through an approved facility, including one of the following:

1. (1) A public sewage treatment plant; or

2. (2) an individual sewage disposal system that is constructed, maintained, and operated according to K.S.A. 65-161 et seq., and amendments thereto, and meets all applicable sanitation requirements.

   1. (b) A temporary sewage disposal facility shall be allowed only as approved by the secretary in response to a disaster.
   2. (c) All condensate drainage, rainwater, and other nonsewage liquids shall be drained from the point of discharge to disposal pursuant to K.S.A. 65-161 et seq., and amendments thereto.
