Kan. Admin. Regs. § 4-25-16
(a) Each public warehouseman shall pay an annual license fee, which shall be due at the time the public warehouseman submits an application for a license or an application for renewal of a license. The annual license fee shall be based on the capacity of the licensed public warehouse and computed as follows:
Capacity in Bushels Annual Fee 1 to 100,000 $570.00 100,001 to 150,000 615.00 150,001 to 250,000 655.00 250,001 to 300,000 700.00 300,001 to 350,000 740.00 350,001 to 400,000 785.00 400,001 to 450,000 818.00 450,001 to 500,000 863.00 500,001 to 600,000 895.00 600,001 to 700,000 940.00 700,001 to 800,000 1,210.00 800,001 to 900,000 1,248.00 900,001 to 1,000,000 1,280.00 1,000,001 to 1,750,000 1,743.00 1,750,001 to 2,500,000 1,995.00 2,500,001 to 5,000,000 2,490.00 5,000,001 to 7,500,000 2,990.00 7,500,001 to 10,000,000 3,383.00 10,000,001 to 12,500,000 3,705.00 12,500,001 to 15,000,000 3,990.00 15,000,001 to 17,500,000 4,275.00 17,500,001 to 20,000,000 4,953.00 Over 20,000,000 bushels add 500.00 for each additional 2,500,000 bushels or any fraction thereof.
(c) Each public warehouseman for whom a special or requested examination of a warehouse is performed shall pay the following fees:
