A permit for travel in those states included in the multi-state agreement of the Multi-Jurisdictional Oversize/ Overweight program of the Mississippi Valley region may be issued by the secretary or the secretary's designee. Permits issued in accordance with the multi-state agreement shall be issued only on the form approved by the permit officials of each state.
