The beautification administrator of the department of transportation shall be the designated representative of the secretary of transportation for purposes of administering the provisions of the junkyard and salvage control act.

Effective August 15, 1975, the state salvage board was abolished and its powers and duties transferred to the secretary of transportation. At the secretary's request, the board's regulations were transferred to this article.
