1. (a) Physical therapist services shall be covered for medicaid/medikan beneficiaries when provided by a physical therapist who:

   1. (1) is certified by medicare; and
   2. (2) meets requirements listed in K.A.R. 100-35-1 through K.A.R. 100-35-7.
2. (b) The effective date of this regulation shall be December 29, 1995.
